Who are the best Microsoft Exchange hosting companies in the UK?

I’m interested in price, service level (quality) and support
Microsoft Exchange is a server based email program. If you are a big enough company you would have your own servers to run it on. If you are an individual or small company there are places like http://www.1and1.co.uk who will do you an email only package. They host email servers on their own premises and you use a normal email client like MS Express or Mozilla Thunderbird to retrieve it.
