Bought house, has Rinnai Tankless vented with concentric vent. Vent goes out the roof at 45 degree angle, no condesate drain and running back to heater. What can I do? Will a concentric , condesate collector work at a 45 degree angle?

If the total vent system is greater than 5 feet a condensate collector should be installed. I have not seen one installed at 45deg. either at 90deg or 180deg. You will need a condensate trap kit aswell.
