Try "freewebs.com" that’s where i’ve hosted my pages for free and then if you want a free domain which will ONLY re-direct your browser to any given page try "freedomain.co.nr"

The service is not free as the name suggests but we have been running an online store with secure server for credit card transactions etc for over a year now with these. Only had one problem (which I think I actually caused by messing about with the .htaccess file) which took our website down, their tech response via email was excellent, and website was back up and running within an hour.
